ShiZen guarantees a 3 year warranty on failures associated to workmanship associated defects from the original date of purchase from an authorized dealer. Defects or wear imposed from accidental damage, abuse, or wear-and-tear of normal use will void the warranty. ShiZen will determine eligibility at the time of receipt of the pen return. Please work with the authorized dealer to coordinate the return.
