Tanoshi Kiiro Tame-nuri on Ranga M5 Fountain Pen

Tanoshi Kiiro Tame-nuri on Ranga M5 Fountain Pen

SKU: TN-TNS-KI-RM5-MS-01

Burnished (polished) to a mirror finish, the luster from Masaaki-san's tame-nuri technique is irrefutable. Peer into the depths of the urushi through the outer clear coat where the meticulous application of lacquering layer-by layer can be understood. The undertones glimmer at just the right angles and will glow brighter with age. Kiiro (meaning yellow in Japanese) is described here to be Tanoshi (fun).
